My Account & My Order

How do I place my order?

Please follow the following steps to place your order:
1. Browse through our range of products until you find something you like.Select the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the Size Guide to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can order more than one items of the same type at a time by selecting the quantity. By default, one item of the product will be added to the cart.You may add multiple items in your cart.
2. ‘In My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping, update the cart or confirm the order.
3. Once you are satisfied with the cart, proceed to checkout. Submit the required billing details. In case billing address is different from shipping address, you can add a separate Shipping address by using the check box ‘Ship To Different Address , select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?

The product will be shipped to the mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, hence the orders will be delivered to you at your doorstep. The orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect the goods and to ensure their condition is as per your expectation.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and another email will be sent when the order is shipped. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified,unless it’s a COD.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

1. Please check your accountstatement to ensure that the amount has been deducted. If the amount has been deducted after a payment failure, it should be rolled back by the bank within 7 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

1. If the order was placed by creating/using a user account and you were logged in while placingthe order, you can track the status of the order in your account.
2. Once the order is placed, confirmation of your order with the details will be shared with you over the provided email and SMS. You would be notified via SMS, once the shipment is dispatched. A special update will be shared with you in case there is any delay with your order.

Cancellation & Related Queries

How do I cancel my Order?

1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.
2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
3. If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your fabmesh wallet within 24 hours of refusal.
4. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your fabmesh wallet once the product is picked
5. For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to the fabmesh’s wallet.

Payment Mode

Are there any COD charges?
You will be levied a COD charge of Rs.40 for every product to your order.For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.120.
There will be no COD charge on orders above 1200.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All payment transactions are processed over a secure gateway.(Paytm Payment gateway)
Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
It means cash on delivery option is not available on your provided location’s postal code.In such cases, you can use Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card or other payment gateways provided.
Are there any hidden charges?
We believe in transparency and being true to our customers. There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
2. Please check your account statement to ensure that the amount has been deducted. If the amount has been deducted after a payment failure, it should be rolled back by the bank within 7 business days.You can write to us at for further clarification, we will be happy to assist you.

What is the Shipping Philosophy of Fabmesh?
We strive to provide best service to our customers in hassle free manner to ensure a speedy and sound delivery.(Logistics Partners- India Speed Post, Shiprocket)
What is the delivery time period?
Delivery date depends on the product and the pin code of shipping address. The expected delivery date for any product can be checked by entering the required pin code in the box ‘Check delivery’ on the Product Page. It is a possibility that the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Do you apply any shipping charges? provides Free Shipping for orders above Rs.1200. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.40-100 per product on orders of Rs.1000 or below.
Return Policy
1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products. We do not accept return requests for the pack of Boxers.
2. All products purchased from, except boxers and nightwear shorts, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. The product amount will be credited back to his/her wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
5. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Fabmesh Account. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. Note: We do not have a exchange/replacement policy. You can return the product, and use the Fabmesh wallet refund received against the returned product to place a new order as per your convenience.

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
2. All refunds will be credited in your Fabmesh Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?
1. Rs.100/- for shipment weighing upto 500gms will be added to wallet.
2. For every next 500gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.100/- will be added to the wallet.
3. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
5. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
6. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long the refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your wallet as store credits

What to do if I forgot my password?

Do you accept bulk order?
Yes, we accept bulk order.
I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
We do not provide gift service. We have to send the invoice along with package due the prevailing regulations. The tags are left intact as well in case the product needs to be exchanged due to any issue.
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
Since we are an online store, we do not provide trial and then purchase option. You could always refer to the size chart to make sure you get the right product. You can also exchange the product for the ones in which exchange option is available. For any queries you can write to us at
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once the order has been placed and processed by us, it cannot be updated. You can always place new orders.
